Only 1 of the 2 elevators works and it is SCARY sounding. It creaks and groans the entire time going up or down. Old mismatched carpet in the halls. Furniture in rhe rooms is old and literally coming apart at the seams. Chairs around the pool are ripped and torn. Definitely will NOT be staying here for my next visit!

Walkable to Bourbon At but not close enough that you hear all the noise . Lots of shops restaurants around. The hotel also has a restaurant and live music. We use uber to go to Garden District. Everyone is so nice and polite. I will definitely stay here again

When we checked in the room it had a dank smell to the carpet and looked nothing like the online pics. The hotel is very old with dim lighting and the phone, TV and lamp in the room wasn't working. When we called the front desk (on our cell) they never came to address any of the issues.

Great place to stay. The only complaint we had was that the bathtub was clogged. Maintenance did come and unclog it, but room service was supposed to come at 7am to clean the tub, but they never did.

The property was beautiful, loved our balcony overlooking the courtyard. There was a wedding at the hotel that we didn’t know about until the day of and it put the pool out of service for guests for majority of the afternoon into the evening. It was one day we were really looking forward to relaxing and swimming - I wish we would have known sooner so we could’ve planned accordingly. The staff was very nice and friendly. The elevator was a bit scary - old and creaking.

Stayed for 6 days, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The pool area was nice. Very close to everything and easy to get an Uber within minutes if you don’t want to walk. Staff was excellent, especially BJ-he went above and beyond. The hotel itself could use some sprucing up but overall it was nice.

Nice location and staff, but run down

Convenient location and very nice staff. The place itself was fairly dilapidated. The elevator was quite shaky, my hot water nozzle was falling off, and just generally seemed a bit run down. The pillows were not very comfortable and bed was passable. It was okay for two nights, but don't think I'd come back.

The property has old charm. The staff is lovely. The room was clean. Nice big pillows and the bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning worked great. The shower Plumbing might need an upgrade. Other than that it was a great location to Bourbon Street and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again.
