Jasmine at the front desk made staying at this hotel worth it. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The room was well stocked and clean. The location was walking distance from any place worth checking out.

So, this place was disgusting.. the entire place needs to be gutted at the very least. I frequent New Orleans. I have stayed at numerous hotels in New Orleans and happy to try out different hotels—some old, some new. But this hotel, was absolutely disgusting. I should’ve left but I wasn’t at the mental capacity to even deal with it at the moment. Don’t bother using the coffee maker in the hotel room—it’s filled with dust and unrecognizable crumbs. Make sure you grab complimentary coffee from the lobby before 10am or else you have to pay for it. Crazy right? Buying coffee because the coffee maker in the room was nasty? The curtains were so old that when I opened them, they ripped immediately. Why? The elevator is terrifying, and so is the staircase so goodluck. Make sure you don’t look at the peeling wallpaper in the hallways, theres black mold growing behind it. Could you image a hotel bathroom with rusty and peeling dropped ceilings? Even the sink and shower head was from atleast 1974, so gross. There were literal nail biting behind my nightstand and I saw a bug run across my shoe. I can’t even get into the carpet stains and hair balls. The clock didn’t work in the room, no one ever answered my concierge calls for clean towels that ended up being out of stock at nighttime.. WAIT! Notice how the room will describe “city/courtyard view”, ITS NOT it’s a CEMENT WALL! Truly, the hotel of horrors. I’m thinking about asking for some sort of a refund because this place is HAZARDOUS

In expensive and located in a fantastic location. So what's the catch? Property is a little run down. A good value for what you're spending, but remember you cannot expect 5 stars on a 2 star budget.

Tv keeps freezing up. No face towels since the first day we got here. Water slowly draining out of sink and when take a shower you're standing in water the whole time because water is very slow draining out of tub. Need a discount now!!!!

Do not come here for a Gym
We frequent NOLA yearly 9 years and counting. Our usual establishment was booked due to an in town convention. We decided to book Maison Dupuy. Upon booking, I always look for a gym, even on vacation I work out so it’s a must for me. The picture online showed a gym but the cardio part. Well looks can be deceiving. Upon arriving, the next day, we went and looked at the gym, it was a joke. All cardio, 4 medicine ball (one broken) and 2 pairs of dumbbells (40 lbs and 50 lbs). This gym was not locked not monitored. We had to find a local gym New Orleans Athletic Club and pay a day pass of $20. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are slim, online pictures show different than the actual property. Would not stay here again.
