There's always problems with the TV and/or remote. I report the problem but not addressed. There's only limited dining/cocktails. The 'details' are not addressed. I won't be back nor any of my people. Maison Dupuy you just lost in a big way

The valet service was poor. Gave rates online, but charged different at checkout. Television was a pain, not easy to navigate.

The location is conveniently near everything. But the rooms themselves were not good! Nor anything you expect from their advertising!! We were a party of 12 total, 6 rooms and they were all the same. All deluxe king with balconies (which are shared with other guests) Every room had a very unpleasant smell that we couldn’t mask whatsoever. The floors in each room had large areas where the carpet was wet. 4 out of 6 rooms were warm and muggy feeling. We’re not boujee by no means and we understand it’s an old building. However, updates, repairs and improvements really need to be done!! I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll pay more to be able to step out of the shower and not feel like I need another one immediately after getting ready to go out.

Check-in (about 9:30) was great, and the front desk clerk was attentive and proactive. She was great. We received the best customer service ever. The property looked authentic and beautiful from the outside until I checked into my and you will get sick. I have pictures.

The staffs at the property are pleasant and helpful. The property while it could be a four star hotel it looks more like a cheap motel than a four star hotel. The carpet around the property is dirty and have a bad smell.
