I booked this hotel due to it’s proximity to French Quarter. Avoid. We drove for 10 hours and when we arrived to the hotel, we had to switch rooms because the first room did not have a safety deposit box, did not have a refrigerator and was lacking any additional lamps. The second room’s safety deposit was not working and the heater never turned on. The room’s furnishings are old. The issues with the second room were reported but no action was taken. Housekeeping knocked loudly despite there being a DND sign at the door. Staff at reception desk were borderline rude. Valet parking attendant did not make an effort to assist with luggage - neither when we arrived or when we checked out. I would suggest booking a hotel that is still in the immediate French Quarter but has been given better maintanence and general upkeep.

Fantastic location! It’s only a few minutes walking to the middle of Bourbon Street. The hotel overall was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only concerns were the sink leaked a bit and the toilet seat was loose, but I’m sure they would have fixed it if we told them about it. Ultimately we would stay here again!

The staff were amazing and accommodating for us. We got off the cruise ship and were able to store our luggage until check-in. The room needed some routine maintenance. This is an adequate place to crash and right in the heart of the action.

Beautiful architecture. Perfect walking distance for the French Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were not so great. Whenever you sat or laid down, they flattened - no cushion to them at all
