Nice property that is close to everything. Stayed in room 902. The elevators were confusing at first. Only complaint there was many moth like flies in the room daily. I would stay again though.

Room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained. I had an excellent stay. Looking at online reviews, I see some have complained about the fitness center at this property. Based on other major chain hotels I have visited in recent years, I thought it was relatively well equipped. There are 3 small rooms chock full of equipment, including a leg press machine, as well as all the more typical stuff (treadmills, stationery cycles, elliptical, etc. etc.) My only complaint was the destination fee, though this might be standard practice at all hotels in New Orleans. I don't know. As a captive consumer, I see it as a bit of unfair "nickeling and diming".

Staff were great - lovely and friendly however the rooms are just outdated, worn. Ceilings were low. Bath drain was blocked. Shower head was at eye level and I’m 5’9”. Just felt dirty because it was old.
