Just OK not great not the worst

Due to mobility issues I booked& requested no stairs. I booked several weeks in advance to help accommodate that but the "only" rooms they had were up 2 flights of stairs. I'm in a wheelchair 75% of the time due to chronic illnesses. We asked for extra pillows was told someone would bring them we waited and were late to meet up with family trying to wait for pillows. Overall clean

Over all very clean. My husband and I wanted 2 more willows and I was told we don’t have any extra. Smelled in the hallway and in the room. Not sure if it was sewer or not.
