We stayed at the Nopsi because of the reviews advertising it as a luxury hotel. Compared to luxury hotels and resorts that I’ve stayed in the past, I was not impressed at all for the amount we paid. I expected somewhat modern furniture, instead the furniture was older and worn. We were charged $47 for valet per night, but you could park in the parking deck literally right around the corner for half the price over night. We tested out the hotel restaurant and I was not very impressed with the food or the drinks. The roof top lounge and bar was the nicest part of the hotel. The experience was not bad, just not what I would expect for “luxury.” This hotel was more along the lines of basic with a nice lobby area. I would not stay here again.

It’s great for the most part I’ll go back again it’s just didn’t have any microwaves in the hotels. Very spacious and clean ! Bathroom is very nice but they don’t tell you you have to put an extra 88 deposit n they keep $25!!

NOPSI has a beautiful lobby and rooftop pool. Rooms are nice and clean, but pretty standard hotel rooms. Nothing fancy, but just right. If you don’t mind a little walk, I thought the location was great. Easy walk to bourbon street and the French Quarter without being right in it. My only ding is no coffee in the room . And no free coffee in the lobby. There is paid coffee. But that’s pretty minor overall.

Overall nice stay, but could use a couple of tweks
The property was in good shape, but there was a bit of dust on some of the furniture. The staff was attentive but for the lady serving coffee for the first two days of our stay. On the last day of our stay the person working the coffee bar was spectacular. We stayed here in the past and would do so in the future. I would prefer that the rooms be cleaned daily rather than every other day.

Our stay at the Nopsi was wonderful. Loved the rooftop bar and the view. Very friendly staff. Spacious room and bathroom that accommodated my family of five. Will most definitely stay again.
