The stay here at the Courtyard Hotel was awesome. The room was nice and the AC worked well. The location was great very walkable to the French Quarter and there is even a fenced parking lot attached. The pools were gorgeous and really helped with the NOLA heat/humidity combo.The facility felt very safe with a buzzer on each entrance. The room was a little quirky with the overhead fan being controlled by a remote that was missing and the lamps were nonfunctionial, but with the great AC the room was cool enough and the overhead lights were enough. Overall a super posittive experience and would book again.

Had an amazing experience at the hotel and in NOLA. I feel that I picked the perfect hotel. My only complaint was how loud we could hear the people in the room above us.

The room was good for one night's stay. Bed was really comfortable just not a fan of the feather pillows. New Orleans is historic and so was the hotel just could use some updates. The shower curtain didn't fit in the shower so there was water every where from taking showers. If i every port or of New Orleans again I'd try a different place. Quiet for the area and 4 minutes to the French quarter.

Good location but terrible customer service

Location was good and room was spacious and good but isolation was terrible. it was very noisy (close to a main road) and you could hear everything from the room next door…. In addition I had an issue with reception regarding leaving my suitcase on check out. I contacted the hotel several times but never got a response….

Good location but....

Good location, the hotel itself was pretty. There is no elevator so if you are on the 3rd floor like we were be prepared to lug your bags up 2 flights of steps. Front desk personnel was mostly friendly, one guy not so much and he was there for most of our stay. Rooms are nice enough, pretty small, not a lot of space, no fridge, no safe, no full length mirror, but the bed was comfy. There is on-site parking which was a plus. Overall it's a decent hotel and the price was right especially for Jazzfest weekend.

SCARY!

First of all, this is not a MARRIOTT courtyard (my mistake). From the outside is very scary literally homeless people laying on the sidewalk. I have pictures, zero curb appeal and never found the signage for the hotel.Only stairs. WORST OF ALL never received an answer when calling the front desk for Complaints/concerns such as people screaming, and yelling and pounding on doors FELT VERY UNSAFE and very disrespected. Road noise was almost unbearable! They only allow one key with out $25.00 deposit, poor policy!!! We Won’t ever return!

Convenient area. Courtyard was nice. Showers took forever to get warm. On our last day we had a cockroach in our room and weird black bugs crawling the walls, that was a big NO THANKS for us.
