For a one-night stay, probably the best experience weve ever had. The staff was amazing and the room was amazingly comfortable and clean. The location in relation to the French Quarter couldnt be better. We will stay again.

The hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Jonathan at he front desk was AMAZING! Our only complaint was it was very noisy with street traffic noises, therefore we did not sleep well during our stay.

location great, service is good, very noisy.

I booked a junior suite off the main courtyard. The room was clean but lacked amenities. There was no ice bucket. There was no extra toilet paper. There was no outlet in the bathroom. There was only one lamp and had poor lighting throughout the whole room. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The whole place reeked of weed, and throughout the night someone kept walking by our door and turning our handle trying to open the door. We had to push a large chair in front of the door to block it and barricade it.

The property was very old which was expected but it needs a lot of repairs done to the stairs room doors and walk ways not recommended for elderly and disabled or kids but the friendly staff and the cleanliness made it bearable

Do not recommend. Hotel not in the best of neighborhood. Hotel smells old.I know it’s supposed to be historic. Property really really needs renovation and upgrade. Room was clean just smells old. Bathroom was clean. Property itself is not anything like the pictures. Very misleading. Did not really feel safe in room.
