I regret staying here. I don’t leave many reviews but I did not have a pleasant stay. The room was not as pictures, stained carpet. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Valet parking is overpriced and I wasn’t able to get my car when needed even when I called in advance. I was told my car was being held at another property and I’d have to come down to the valet to request it since the front desk didn’t notify them the first time I called. Valet guy went missing when I need my car and yet I still paid the full price of valet even though it was supposed to be reduced. For an Omni property was pretty ran down. I will not stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Omni Riverfront Hotel. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making the overall experience enjoyable. The only minor issue was the shower not having heating, but it wasn’t a major concern for me. Everything else about the stay was great, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-kept hotel in New Orleans!

The property was ok. Need some updating. The TV did not work none of my stay. They stated the weather was the reasoning however it didn’t rain hard at all that entire day. So I really didn’t understand. However, the staff was very nice.

Weather in New Orleans was drizzly, no thunder or lighting, yet satellite tv's had no signal; no trash can in the bathroom, handle bars on the exercise bike in gym came off.

1) Bathroom paint peeling. 2) Tape on A/C Vent. 3). Front Desk Staff was not great and under staffed. Placed me on infinite hold when I called for my vehicle. They only had one person on duty at the Front desk on a Saturday at 7 p.m. It appears they are trying to run a hotel in downtown New Orleans like it is an Inn in a small town. 4). We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door the whole time we where there; however, someone from housekeeping walked in to our room on Sunday. Somewhat fortunately, we happened to be in the room at the time. When I asked the front desk, they said a housekeeping supervisor gave the guy the wrong room number.

First day of arriving to the Omni we were impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff (front desk lady was amazing and professional), room was very clean! We stayed 3 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned! The cleaning staff (no English) were rude and didn't acknowledge us or the fact we wanted our room cleaned, or clean towels, or even our trash can emptied! We were also charged for things we didn't not use (ex. parking fees)! When we pointed this out to the Manager we were given only $100 off of our bill (which was close to $900) and reimbursed for our breakfast ($42). In addition we had to make many calls to get charges (parking) taken off of our bill. It was my 66th birthday celebration and had anticipated so much more from a 5 star hotel!! Won't be returning and I intend to spread the word...!
