The property was lovely, I loved walking into the lobby each time I left and came back to the property. The rooms were pretty clean (especially the bathrooms!), save for some dusting that could have been done) and the toiletries were nice as I’d forgotten my shampoo. The staff was informative and helpful, and always available to assist me.

The room smells moldy, the staff was not to patient and friendly to explain the charges that was more than what I booked on hotel.com, I spent $200 more than the budget and I still don’t understand why the room went from $168 to $235.45. Anyway I will not go back.

I Love everything about the Omni Riverfront, especially Ms. Pam the bartender. She was very attentive to her customers, friendly, she just has excellent customer service all around. If I had to rate her from 1-10, she would be a 10. The young lay & guy when we checked in on Sunday was excellent, they deserve a 10 also. Very nice & helpful, excellent customer service throughout our stay. Thanks

Extremely dirty hotel and rooms . My room had visible MOLD all over it . I called the front desk and they came up while I was out and painted over it . They didn't remove it , just paint over it

My family of five stayed just for the night for a stop on our road trip and the Omni was okay. Nothing exciting about it as far as the room. The same as any other hotel room honestly. But the staff at the front door was super welcoming and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. They brought everything to our room and gave us free drinks at the bar. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and knowledgeable about things to do in the area which was great. But the bartender made the trip disappointing to say the least. We got our free drinks and also ordered additional drinks and still tipped him even though he acted like we bothered him the whole 15 minutes that we sat at the bar. He gave my husband the wrong drink and we had to ask for the correct one three times. Other than the annoyed bartender, our stay was fine and we would probably stay there again.
