Ideally located for your pre or post cruise given the close proximity to the port. Easy walk to shipping and restaurants. The hotel lobby is inviting and the room was clean and spacious. Would stay again!

This area of New Orleans is always my go to especially if you have children you’re traveling with everything from the aquarium, Fulton alley bowling and restaurant are within a safe walking distance

This property is not well kept nor very sanitary overall. From urine on the toilet upon my arrival, multiple dirty towels being provided and the sheets on the bed were not clean. There are many other properties in the area if one is interested. Ultimately, if you choose to stay here just be aware this property does not live up to its name you will be disappointed.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Great location. The customer service was top tier. My only issue was the plumbing in my hotel room needed some maintenance because of old pipes. They were able to resolve my issue. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

great property ducked off from the hustle and bustle of the french quarter area. the property conditions need to be better though, the elevators were broken and stopping at every floor, the hall way to enter the property was very musky. The beds are super soft and the staff is very courteous.

Everything was great. The only concern was the restaurant within the hotel was very slow, we didn’t get a chance to eat there before the game. Also, there is a strong smell by the front desk that needs to be contained. Both bartenders were the best! Staff and housekeeping were great as well. I really enjoyed my stay! And will be back again.
