The room was very nice, with a great view! We were on the 6th floor. The only thing I didn’t like was how hot it was in the hallways of the 6th floor. Other than the air temps, I would definitely booked this hotel again.

Staff was a little short, kitchen didnt have multiple items on the menu, chicken pene had an inch of oil in it and the cuban sandwich ( after not having the bbq chicken) was wilted, all pork gristle. Not even, and soggy. Not a place i would recommend, especially in the Gastro Capitol of America.

The staff was super nice. The bartenders are top tier! This was my first time but will not be my last at the Omni! Drop the parking to $30 and I'll host my family reunion here next year because NOLA parking fees are the only drawback for the city.

Loved the fact that the room was what was advertised, the staff was amazing at checkin and super friendly, only down sode is that there isnt any free parking available and we did end up with a parking violation because the meter went out and didnt realize it.

Great location and comfortable hotel!
The location was perfect and staff from Tissy to Chelsea, the valet and all treated me and my family kindly. The only complaint which was not the fault of the hotel was advertising on hotels.com that free parking and breakfast was offered so I will inquire. Otherwise, everything was great and served our needs.
