I love this hotel. I come get at least twice a year. My surprise when I checked in that it was no longer the Omni. The staff and hotel still matched my expectations. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the hallways didn't work very well.

The hotel was close enough but still far enough to be quiet. The staff was great, the only issue we had was with the valet. They brought us the wrong car one time and missed getting our car twice when we text them like we were supposed to. BUT, we can’t really complain too much because they were very nice and we were only charged for 1 night of our 5 nights stay. We would recommend the hotel and will stay here again!

Needs upgrades in bathroom

Two free drink tickets. Hallways and room smells wet, damp or mildew. Rooms could use an upgrade. Especially the bathroom. Ew. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Even the valet driver. For that reason I’ll recommend.

Nice distance from the convention center

Nice water pressure in the shower, bed was comfortable, but not too crazy about paying so much for a resort fee and parking.
