Great hotel in a great location. Just enough outside of the nightlife, but still very walkable to most attractions. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and a great size. You have to request room cleaning but it was no problem. Our mini fridge wasn't working and when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly brought us up a new fridge. Would stay again!

Great place to stay!

An amazing hotel that was a pleasure to stay in. The rooms and environment were extremely comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The only minor drawback was the poor Wifi. I would recommend anyone visiting NOLA to stay here!

We stayed in the Crescent Suite, and it was beautiful. Corner so wall to wall riverview windows, brick walls, wood posts and exposed beams. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Trains at night didn't bother me, but we walked all day every day.

Just know TRAIN RUNS BEHIND AT 3am!! Just like the movie “My Cousin Vinny”!! But the staff is lovely and your right next to everything!

Gem of a hotel

Hotel was amazing. Walking distance from Bourbon Street and the casino. You can look out from the balcony and see the water. Front desk staff was helpful. I will definitely be back.

Nice hotel for discerning customers. Clean hotel, modern, comfortable bed, nice linens & convenient location. Parking is easy, though in public lot. Never have had a problem. One11 is usually our go to hotel when in New Orleans.

The Hotel was very modern and super clean. You do have to pay for parking which is expected unless you find free parking on the street. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel throughout the French quarters. I definitely would stay here again when I come back to visit.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Our suite was spectacular and the views were exactly what we wanted. It’s close to everything, yet safe and quiet. And the staff went above and beyond to help us give us information and cater to our every need. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to The Big Easy! I stayed at the One11 hotel for 4 nights, the staff was very accommodating when we had an issue with the smell of our sheets in our room. We called the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed when housekeeping came the next day and they immediately changed our room so that we didn’t have to sleep on the smelly bedding. Unfortunately in the next room after one night that bedding also had a smell as if they weren’t dried throughly as well. It may be time to swap out the bedding in the hotel. The hotel was very nice otherwise and the staff was very accommodating
