This was our second time staying at this hotel and love the architecture, location, and vibe. The staff is friendly and attentive without being over engaged. The hotel bar has a fun mix of tourists and local regulars. We plam to be back soon!

Well located hotel. The building has a lot of history. A beautiful view from the 8th floor. We were given a room on a low floor with 2 beds and a HUGE chaise lounge. Which we did not need. So speak up. And don’t accept what you don’t like!

Nice hotel - but needs help

Nice hotel with great location. No water pressure at sink and hotel refused to fix during our four-day stay despite daily promises to repair or offer room with adequate pressure. Very poor continental breakfast options.

A very nice hotel. The room was great. Especially the bathroom and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good in that it’s close to the RTA lines and not too far to walk to French quarter. Great access to Riverwalk. Each night I was awakened by the train going through like at 4 a.m. and occasionally by a police siren. Other than that quiet and restful. Access to a workout facility across the street was a plus too. Overall, a good choice for us. 4 adults. 2 rooms.

This is a beautiful property in a great location for shops, restaurants, and Bourbon Street. The staff was very friendly and even checked us in early since we were in the area. The only issue is the sound from other rooms - walls seem to be very thin and everything is heard.

A converted sugar factory, full of charm. Views weren't great...I'm not a fan of casinos, and there are car parks nearby...make sure you are as high up as possible

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated how quiet it was. The staff are super nice and the property is beautiful.The only thing i would change is the cleaning crew might consider using bleach or some sort of disinfectant in the towels. Aside from that the hotel is fantastic. Thank you to everyone!
