Gate code didn’t work. Soda machine coins only. No soap for washing machine was available.
I really enjoy our stay here! We’ve been 4 times already and I feel secure here. Never had any issues. Breakfast is decent. Parking is great because it is gated! We will continue to book here!

We weren't going to be able to check in until the next day due to a delayed flight. We were told if we didn't check in that day we would lose our hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed here before going on a cruise and the hotel offers free parking for the duration of your trip. Your car is behind an automated locked gate with security cameras. We will be staying here every time we are in the area.
The upkeep was horrible, dirty, smelly, stains all over, bed bugs, broke down machines, etc (you get what you pay for,) The person that checked us in/out was extremely unprofessional. He profiled my companion at check-in. He messaged saying don’t plan on extending your stay and threaten to call law-enforcement . When we tried to clarify what in the world he was talking about, he was dismissive implying that my companion couldn’t possibly have wrote the messages back due to perceived education levels. He said that my companion was intoxicated, even before check-in & during the stay which was a complete lie. Profiling has no place in what’s suppose to be a professional setting and is concerning. Before he reply with his unprofessionalism saying we’re the worst guest ever had blah blah “I see they do this to others who offer feedback that’s not in their favor” He messaged that my companion came out in his underwear. That “underwear” was shorts. Knowing how it looked and he was already looking for something based on his profiling/sassy behavior. It was immediately corrected. He kept the deposit for alleged smoking in the room. A lie! We did not, I have vids to support no damage. He’ll say “smelled it”.We offered to view the room together at checkout, but he said “all is well”
Toilet was broke, but worked, old, bathroom door peeling off, either had cold or hot water for shower, nothing in between. Didn’t take shower. Was fenced in for security. Breakfest was waffles or bread.
The manager was friendly and very kind. I lost my wallet and he was very sweet and checked the cameras to help me find it. He answered all of my questions and let me leave my car overnight. Definitely will be back!
Great staff, friendly, efficient. Rooms were clean. Needed some touch ups on paint and a few things, but clean. Gated parking was nice. Always felt safe, even going out by myself at night.
We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor receptionist put in with no hot water at all !!!!!!!! 3rd room the toilet ran for 3days but it had hot water PLACE SMELLED LIKE MOLD AND MOLDED WATER EVERYWHERE BUT THE LOBBY!!! Outta 10 I give this place a 1
