I am not normally one for negative reviews, i have stayed in bad hotels before, so that's not what provoked this review. The customer service was terrible. We arrived, room was clean but missing a towel for our 2 person reservation. There were no phones in the room so my husband went to desk to request towel. He was not properly listened to, and she requested a return of towels which didn't make sense considering we had just arrived and all we needed was a second towel. She then offered him one clean and one dirty (yes you heard me right!) I believe despite his refusal he was still given a dirty towel. Our second day room service didn't come at all, and i had to return to the desk and explain the issue to the once again rude front desk woman. (With used towels and rags in hand) She did however spring into action upon realizing, my room had not been attended and this time gave us clean linen in exchange for our dirty. No garbage was collected that day. Breakfast was from 7am.to 9am. And not 1 second after, they would rope it off. The breakfast was not continental, they offered a waffle maker and dry products.The juice machine was broken, there were signs for broken things everywhere which caused me to miss the no food outside the breakfast area sign that the owner very rudely eve's dropped on my phone conversation to fuss at me about. When I had absolutely no food in my hand whatsoever. My toilet broke, we were handed a plunger to fix,bathroom door was broke. Not good stay.
When i walked in it smelled so good.nice lounge area..Check in was easy with only a fifty dollar deposit not the hundred mentioned online.hotel is gated for your safety which was a plus for me! So you cant get in the gate or doors without the key card! Room was clean and spacious. Bed slept like a cloud. The shower water get so hot you dont want to get out! Small breakfast was served from 7-9am. Those muffins put me back to sleep! I was so surprised at this hotel being so ducked off. And thats exactly what i needed because it was still close to everything! Def my new spot to stay! Such a nice and respectful staff!
There were other peoples hair in the bathtub. The whole place looked nothing like the pictures. Roaches, dirty floors, and a dirty bathtub. The “breakfast” is cereal, waffles, toast, or a muffin. No type of protein and the only drink is coffee and milk.
Towel service was terrible! Stayed a week and had to ask for towels nearly every day. We had 2 rooms, one with 3 people and they would only give 2 towels unless you agreed to bring them back. Had to request linen change even though we booked 6 nights. Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker and 3 cereals and powdered cream for the coffee.
The property was clean,staff was nice and checking in and out was quick..
I would definitely recommend..

New owner was friendly and attentive to us during the entirety of our stay. We had 4 rooms, all of which were clean and were restocked with any of our needs daily. We will happily come back for our next trip. The location keeps us out of city but close enough to enjoy some time there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
