This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I walked barefoot from the bedroom to the shower and my feet were black. Hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned in maybe 3 years. the elevator had a dirty walk off mat covering the dirty carpet underneath. I complained to Wyndam corporate and got a standard "sorry things were not up to par but we hope you will try us again". Really? No accountability? Nothing!

I needed a hotel in this area the weekend Taylor Swift was in town. Ramada took advantage of the demand by raising its price to over $450 per night. My room was large and clean, but everything was very, very dated and staff was not friendly.

Staff was amazing! We went for the Taylor Swift concert and they had themed decorations which was so fun! The staff was helpful and friendly! The room was clean! We even got to check in 4 hours early for only $25 extra!

Best vacation ever
This hotel was perfect for us. It was not too far from New Orleans. About a 5 minute drive which i lived because we saved on parking and the ridiculous prices at the city. We saved quite a bit of money which we used to eat all the delicious food New Orleans has to offer. The front desk young lady ( i didn't ask her name) gave us wonderful suggestions. She was suoet patient with me because i was asking so many. It was our first time there so i wanted to do it all. And they had an IHOP attached to the hotel! Yum.

As we checked in staff was short and rude we would Ask questions through out our stay and they were simply rude . As we checked out there was 2 different front fest they were nice. The hotel itself is old and it had a funky smell, beds and pillows were so uncomfortable we were there from Friday to Monday not one night did I get any sleep it was as if something or someone was watching us in the room. The air conditioner was loud and made some weird noise literally all day and all night. Not worth the money or the time not staying here again

Pros: great shower pressure and temperature Very cold a/c. Feels like a hotel in the French Quarter which is cool. Pool area is pretty Cons: uncomfortable bed and pillows no free breakfast only an option to buy from IHOP
