Property was quite old. There was a constant loud noise in our room that sounded like somebody was taking a shower the entire time. Also, valet parking for $45 per night was the only parking option.

The hotel's location and facilities were satisfactory. The valet parking staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was less than accommodating and their responses to my inquiries were curt. Despite this, the overall experience was decent.

Called the front desk for assistance with working the tv. Chromecast was not working in our room due to a broken HDMI cord we were told someone from the hotel staff would bring a new cord. No one ever came to assist with the problem. Lack in good customer service overall.

Overall experience was great, my only complain is the lack of information from some staff members, they fail to tell how the wi-fi worked, how we didn't had to pay if we sign up to the marriot vonboy club, or how we can have a refund because the page charged us even when we didn't agree to pay for said wi-fi, the response from the staff was just: it charges you when you put your info, you need to wait at the end of your stay to check for a refund. Next day I tried with another staff and it was a whole different world: she informed us of the club sign in, processed our refund and so on. Other staff also didn't know (or didn't tell us) how the transport worked in the area, just advised us to download the transport app, but a little insights of what kind of transport is in the area would've been great. So to summarize: hotel was great, nice room, nice location, staff needs to have some more training sessions on how the hotel and the city works
