The location is good. We had to change the room two times, because of the problem with the heating and the condition of the bed. Also the chair was very uncomfortable.

What a great experience! Upon arrival Jasmine was absolutely amazing! So kind and happy. The breakfast was great and the young woman who helped us was so kind and answered all my questions about places to try I am sad I didn’t catch her name she was woking the Morning shift on 01/16 around 9am. She likes sweets. Will definitely be back! Your staff across the board were kind and happy! Keep the good work!

Very nice! Front desk staff and bartenders treated us like family. Very nice hotel and location is great! The only downside you will definitely hear that the city never sleeps (trolley, trash truck pick up, people singing and arguing). Overall I loved it and will return again.

Terroristic attack, Great hotel

We went down for the Sugar Bowl and New Year’s Eve. Was a very nice hotel and the staff was pleasant, had a hotel bar and was very close to bourbon street. The bathroom in the queen room was very small. We were down there for the terroristic attack on New Orleans, the staff was nice and was able to get us in the same room for an extra day so we wouldn’t have to move our stuff. Although since we used HotelsdotCom we had to rebook the room through this service. Overall good experience in the face of tragedy.

We stayed there during the Bourbon Street incident for the Sugar Bowl 2025. The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean and everything we needed and expected! We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and staff were great. Only downside is that the room type I was in was interior and had no window. Instead it had frosted glass blocks with an artificial light behind them to mimic sunlight. Very weird and a bit claustrophobic.
