Love this hotel! Been staying here at this specific location for over 2 years. My husband and I love this place! We feel safe and welcomed here! The room is always clean and always has a spectacular city view! Zero complaints and always a 5 star stay ! Best hotel in NOLA & no regrets! Also very affordable!

Would not recommend staying here! There were many surprises that we were not told about ahead of time even after I called before arrival to see if there was anything we needed to know! Staff were rude and unprofessional! Gave us keys that didn’t work to the room! Didn’t get any sleep due to someone fighting in the room down the hall and being very loud. I contacted the front desk and they did nothing about it!! Would not recommend

Close enough to walk to multiple sights, on the backside of Canal St - so there’s less noise and people. Clean, comfortable & didn’t break the bank. Would stay here again .
