The day time staff is very rude, you will wait awhile for your car from valet but can’t call ahead to get it early. Night time staff is great though and gave us ton of recommendations to try while in NOLA.

The property is very nice! Parking is expensive ,($53 per night) I wouldn’t recommend brining a car unless you really need to. The area is very walkable, you can walk to the French quarter easily and Uber/ Lyft is easily available for those who don’t want to walk. My only complaint is that towels seemed very limited. The staff was so nice, helpful and welcoming!

Only major issue. Housekeeping is very inconsistent. First day they did not make up our room. They did knock on the door at 8:30 am. We responded that we were in the room still. On our way out at 9:00 am. We told the front desk we needed our room cleaned. Came back at 4:00 pm room not cleaned. Told the front desk. They said that housekeeping is off at noon? So we asked for fresh towels. Everyday moving forward (3). Housekeeping never gave us the required amount of towels. One day there was a missing face towel. Another the floor towel in the bathroom. Over all just very inconsistent with housekeeping

Overall, nice location if you want to do the whole New Orleans thing. We only needed it to sleep while we visited family and it was very loud, even from the 6th floor. The outside noises kept waking me up. The hotel and rooms could use a cosmetic refresh but it did the job.

The lobby, hallway, room were all super clean! Staff was extremely helpful and sweet. Loved the location as it was walkable to the French Quarter but on the edge where it wasn’t loud and rowdy at all hours of the night. Would recommend and stay here again!
