As always, our stay was great, did not disappointment. We will never stay anywhere else when in the Kenner area! The staff is warm and welcoming. The lobby is neat and clean, and our room felt very refreshing - the best sleep ever. The breakfast is always on point! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and the cleaning staff was wonderful. I had to change rooms twice. First smelled damp and the second smelled like cigarette smoke. The third was nice, but the lamp shade had rust on the metal wire and the tiles were coming apart from the wall in the bathroom.

Room was clean. Staff did not offer to extend our stay when we asked for it, because we had booked through 3rd party. Shower looked like a drunk had fallen down in it and that a 3 year old put it back together; tub faucet was not against the wall; carpet at the edge of the tile was fraying badly. When I commented to the staff about the above issues, their reply was they are working on the rooms.

Good overall

We only stay one night. The desk clerk was very polite and smiled at check in. She quickly checked us in. The room smelled clean upon entering. The beds were very soft and the covers were adequate for warmth. The coffee maker and coffee choices could have been better, but for one night it’s not a big deal.

A little suspicious

We pulled into the front entrance to find several males loitering 2 may have been guest but one had no shoes and appeared to be homeless. Check in was fairly quick. Parking was sketchy we parked on the back side of hotel. The room was clean for the most part. The bedding seemed to have a dampness to it with a strong bleach smell. The mattress was sunken at the top where you laye your head. Not sure if it needed replacing or just rearranging (Rm123) Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I also enjoyed the GYM!
