There was no heat in room. Desk clerk was unable to get it going. 67° was more brisk than I prefer. Someone had to know there was a problem. Bed was very comfortable. No discount offered.

We always stay here when we come into New Orleans! We absolutely love the cleanliness of the rooms and the area. Feel very safe here and the beds are super comfortable! Their breakfast is also one of the best.

Everything was fine, maybe the pillows will need to be changed shortly, and in the breakfast, maybe change that brown hotdogs and brown round meat, they felt un real like cardboard, maybe natural food will feel a lot better.
