The main thing we didn't like was how people would just sit on the steps outside to the entrance of the hotel which makes it hard to get in.

It was for personal reasons. Hotel accommodated me for early check-in. My room was tucked in the corner off the elevator wasn't sure how quiet the halls was going to be at night but it was pretty quiet surprisingly. Uon entrance we found cleaning materials still in the bathroom so great i know the bathroom was cleaned befire arrival. Minor things but all in all a good stay.
