TV had a black band across picture. Host was helpful and changed into a new room. That tv would not hook to internet service. Had to get service desk to come up again and use the TV remote they keep downstairs to change input to HDMI2. Was able to get channels until we turned tv off, then once again couldn’t hook to internet service. Breakfast was good. Not enough chairs. Two chairs per table and other families pulled those to their table and left three tables without chairs.!only had a few tables to start with. Ice machine out of service down stairs. Card reader services down on vending machines. Had to use cash. $3 for a 16 oz coke. Easy check out.

Gave us the wrong room at first that was messy. When we got the proper room, I got bit and there was a lot of hair everywhere. Sheets also smelt unclean. Bathroom did not have ventilation and bath sink would was leaky

Pre Cruise Stay
We had stayed at this hotel prior to 2020 pre cruise and it was perfect for one night. Decided to stay again because of the price of hotels in New Orleans. The hotel parking is very limited. We knew this before booking. We arrived early enough to secure a spot with plenty of lighting. We were upgraded to a suite, thank you, but it really was not necessary and we we really were not impressed. The door to the room had about 1/2" gap all around, not sure what caused that. The shower curtain was too small. Water sprayed out on the bathroom floor. There was a whirlpool tub, but we didn't try that. It was a little tricky to get the water temperature regulated. Free breakfast was decent with the usual waffles, scrambled eggs , cereals. yogurt, etc. The juices were not cold and there was no ice available. Would we stay again? Possibly, if it means I don't have to spend $200 a night for a room.

Check in was a breeze. The desk clerk was friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable for someone with back issues, but doable for a couple of nights. The breakfast variety is good. My only complaint is not a hotel or staff issue. However, the hall smelled of marijuana and it seeped into my room.

This entire hotel smelled like weed. Going up the elevator and down the hall of my room floor. There were white drip stains all over the chair in my room and the smell of smoke was so strong, I immediately left. It was the worst and unsafe place I’ve ever walked into.
