The room had water all over the floor, wyhe manager tried to blame us. But the maintenance man said it was the air conditioner. Property dirty and unkept. The staff is very rude and are around unsafe. Worst experience with Expedia stay!!

Staff was disinterested and not particularly helpful. Toilet needed to be opened to refill. Room and beds were fine except dead roach behind the door. Minimally satisfactory.

Few days in the Big Easy

I was here for a family event. This hotel served it purpose since it was the least expensive hotel i could find. Noisy because being near freeway. Just very basic but great shower.

Not a good experience

Had problems checking in due to employee not finding my reservation. Reservation found after I verified charges on my credit card. The air conditioner was loud and the floors were dirty. I told maid who didn't understand English and she mopped but didn't do a good job and floor remained dirty. The furniture appeared newer while appliances appeared older.

Terrible Hotel

This Place is very dirty and outdated. I would not stay here again. Mildew stains on bedding, dirty towels and bathroom was filthy. Just not a good Hotel for the Wyndym name.
