We stayed for four nights. Our room was never serviced or cleaned properly, if at all. Towels were never left. Coffee was never restocked. When I tried to call downstairs no one ever answered. I had to go to front desk to wait to ask for towels. Even when we’re were leaving we seemed to surprise the front desk help as he was about to ride up in the elevator with other guest. After he did address us he went ahead and rode the elevator with what appeared to be two females also staying hotel. As we were waiting in our car, we never saw an additional staff member. Sitting at the bar one evening, I had to ask for a menu, ask for my order to be taken, ask for the ticket, and ask for change. The service was terrible! Expedia had this rated 9 out of 10, that’s why I choose it. Who makes these ratings?

Not so great.

Lets start with third party rate the Jung as a 8 to 9 point HOTEL BUT IS MORE, AN 5 TO 6 STAR. some of the staff not that friendly and communcation issue with housekeeping. More than half the TV channels, where out with no signal popping up on Tv screen. parking not explain clearly. staff at bar rude and very willing to help or exchage larger bill to small.

Wonderful stay, close to everything I'm NOLA!

A lot of homeless people around the hotel. Felt unsafe to even go smoke a cigarette at night due to no security. Very outdated, the room was dirty, and the door would not lock. They refused to change our room even though our door would not lock! I could not sleep due to feeling like anyone could come in at any time.

Home away from Home

My stay at The Jung Hotel is always like coming home after a long road trip. I'm always greeted with a smile. I feel everyone is truly genuinely happy to have me back. Monique makes check-in a breeze. She has gone as far as to call me ahead of my arrival to ensure she gets everything I would need for this trip. Everyone makes the trip back to New Orleans worth my stay and I do mean everyone.
