We were a bit apprehensive with having to provide so much personal info before booking...passport, picture, background check but so far so good. Front desk person was extremely helpful at check in. Our tv was troublesome. Quick fix both times. Pay for parking was somewhat confusing. Our reservations said parking wasn't included but I had completed a pre-arrival to include it. I knew there would be a seperate charge as we recieved instructions on where to park via text. Then when we parked I had to confirm with Kasa, via text, that it was taken care of. Somewhat confusing. We loved the door codes and car in and out access. Overall, a very enjoyable place to stay!

Holy Hell!

The stay was awful. The rooms TV and fridge didn't work. They had to move our room and we had to wait 4 hours with no where to go with a u month old. We spent more time waiting for our room and dealing with things wrong than we actually did enjoying our time. I will never stay here again. Not to mention the price that hotels.com gave me was no where what I was charged....it was more than double. I would have never stayed here for that price, we could have stayed at a way better hotel for that price.

The hire was excellent. Great location to everything. The room was awesome and the bed was super comfy. Parking was around the corner but drop off was super easy. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back

This was a great place to stay. Only noise we heard was occasional street care going by. What we didn’t realize is there is no housekeeping service, we stayed 5 nights. So we asked for towels, emptied own garbage, etc. wasn’t a huge deal, we just didn’t realize this beforehand.

The room was nice. The only real issue I had was that they didn’t have door notices for housekeeping to let them know not to disturb you. Every morning I was woken by housekeeping knocking in my door, which was very disruptive since I had to get out of bed to talk to them to let them know I didn’t need service.

Great location! Easy non contact check in. Rooms are a little small, poor lighting snd our TV did not work. Plenty of hot water and fresh towels were brought upon request.

We were within walking distance of the French Quarter, museums, restaurants and parks. The restaurant on the property was excellent. Easy check in process. Pleasant and spacious rooms.

Onsite staff members were very responsive and helpful. The only issue was that only 2 outlets worked and the in-room frig did not get very cold. Otherwise excellent location and fantastic stay!!
