Centrally located it's a big plus, would stay here again. Stayed in 8th floor and could hear loud street noise, not sure if higher floor would had made a difference.

The property is a gem in New Orleans. It’s classic and if you are lucky enough to be there around the holidays it is stunning! Being on the west side of Canal it has a slightly less touristy feeling and has less of the drunken crowds that come with the Quarter. If you are into the Quarter fun, it’s just a quick walk across the street.

Beautiful. Room service gumbo could revive the dead. Everyone was nice. I was worried since reviews mentioned this place can be snooty and unwelcoming to minorities. I never felt that not even a little bit. My biggest complaint is everything in the room- the shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion all smell like 90 year old lady haha. Brought some irish spring and old spice so i was good. Overall would definitely stay again. Especially when they decorate the lobby it was beautiful.

Roosevelt was wonderful, from doorman to checking everything was perfect. Only complaint is valet parked my car & brought it back upon check out full of bird poop. Covered in it, I wasn’t happy.
