I stayed from Friday-Sunday. I liked that the staff was helpful, the location was in walking distance to a lot of popular areas ie. canal street. I wished that the rooftop was open but it was closed down and I forgot to ask the staff why. Loved my room, specifically the walk-in shower, high ceilings and overall aesthetic. I would stay here again!

I booked this hotel hoping to have a great experience on my first trip to New Orleans, but I was highly disappointed. First I would say was respectful and the hotel was very clean. But the roof top bar was closed the pool was closed and the bar in the lobby was closed, we couldn't even get a cup in the A.M . I just wish you guys would let people know ahead of time that things are being renovated or what ever the problem is be they book.

The restaurant advertised breakfast lobby, no it wasn’t no restaurant complementary breakfast. The website I went through and paid tickets for three months in advance with paid receipt they would not accept. I had to pay at the front desk. I was not the only one please be careful at this hotel.

We booked here for the roof top bar. We booked this stay 3 months in advance only to find out a couple days before that the roof top bar and dinning was closed for renovation. It was then to late to change our reservation being it was a busy weekend. (Multiple events going on) There was no access to coffee in the AM. Carpet was extremely dirty. There are a lot other places to stay that are more updated and equiped with better amentites.

Proper hotel with a nice view of the city. The only downside is that the bar/lounge was not open, phone in the room didn't work, and I had to call to request an iron/board. Overall, the stay was nice and the room was clean. Would stay again!

I stayed in the King Suite (Room 1615) and it was amazing! I got a great deal through Expedia and stayed 3 nights for the Essence Festival. It was within walking distance to both the SuperDome and Convention Center along with many other areas of interest. Would definitely stay again and experience their rooftop bar and restaurant which were unfortunately closed during our stay due to the hotel transferring ownership.

The hotel was beautiful. It was a reasonable price, but the parking was horrible so you’re gonna make up for the cheap price of the hotel because parking is $56 a night. That’s the only bad thing that I have to say about the hotel. The hotel was nice and it don’t have a pool
