I LOVED IT. I'm always concerned when I stay close to Tulane with, the hustles and bustle of college life, but I must say from the room to the staff, to the location it was completely top of the line. I will always make this hotel my go too moving forward. Also, the staff they were so polite and helpful.

An overall nice place to stay.

We came with Family and met up with them for a weekend reunion. I like the location and the card key system that locks up the front door. I do not like the fact that there is no parking. When you drive for 12 hours to get there, the last thing you want to do is have to walk five blocks to park and pay a high price for. The shower needs serious work. No water pressure. The showerhead is very cheap and takes forever to complete a shower. The staff was excellent. We had a problem with the air conditioner not working and the maintenance crew was on top of it within 10 minutes.

Pros: The inside of the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Clean rooms with all the amenities, excellent breakfast , staff was knowledgeable. Cons: So many homeless people in the area in front and across the street. No parking, either pay the parking garage in the property or the valet for 50 a day .This wasnt a big deal, parking your own car was $30 a day, which is reasonable. Called for early check, which was a charge of $15-50, No one was quite sure how much. I was redirected to the the 3rd party I booked through and even calles tbe property myself that morning, was promised it be ready for 1p and no room was available .Was then told onsite that told that even though I wanted to pay it wasnt promised but I could check in at 3p. Im paying extra why wouldnt it be available? Overall stay was lovely ,hotel was even better, didnt feel the safest outside though.
