The fridge did not work and we were not given the option to move. So we lost around $30 in food because we didn't have a fridge. There were no towels available for the pool area and when I asked what we were suppose to do they office staff just shrugged her shoulders. There was a water hose in the pool which was a contamination. The entrance smelled like cigarette smoke and austy odor this continued all the way upstairs to our room I had to spray body spray in our room so we could handle the scent. The coffee that was served was barely warm the cereal on the breakfast bar was never restocked. They kept running out on feat for n the bar.

Adequate for one night but not great.
We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. The hotel was ok. The fitness room was abysmal. It was directly next to the heated indoor pool and was hot and humid inside. All of the machines (one treadmill, one reclining bike, one elliptical) were broken or in disrepair. The treadmill would run when no one stood on it but the belt was warped and stopped immediately upon trying to use it. The hotel amenities could have been better as well, but the bed was fine for one night. The staff seemed to either not know how to answer questions, or didn’t seem to care much. It’s possible it was due to the abnormally high number of people that weekend, but I would not stay there again.

Had late check-in and previously advised staff, Front desk could've been nice. Sheets were dirty when I went to my room and I mean with crumbs and all, they didn't even bother to dust it off. Housekeeping came in the next day and still didn't change linens simply remade the beds. Its nasty to know Linens are not changed after someone checks out.

We found cockroaches on our bed and in the bathroom. There was no "auto" button on the a/c that the room temperture was impossible to control.The wifi signal was so weak and the breakfast was bad.

This property and the team there were excellent! The friendliness of the employees and the cleanliness of the establishment was very welcoming. We had business in New Orleans but didn’t mind the 30 minute drive daily just so I could stay somewhere comfortable.
