Very quiet. Our room was kept very clean every day of our week long stay. The balcony was lovely. All staff was super friendly. We loved the courtyard.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a little cold ,but overall was excellent. We booked maybe a little late we wound up getting a ground floor room that was a handicap bathroom that was a bit awkward, and the room was right by the laundry room, highly not recomeneding that room. We have stayed twice before and had room with a balcony that was nice. Maybe better luck next time around. All in all the Berlin Granda Hotel is a great place to stay. Just don't recommend ground floor by the laundry room.

Enjoyed that your pool was warm, but lighting was very dark! The hot tub was very nice, but jets didn’t work so well and water overflowed out of it. Our stay was very enjoyable, and everything was convenient to the area!!

The room was very clean. I forgot to tell the front desk staff about the burning smell from the heating unit when I turned it on this morning.i turned it off as soon as I smelled the odor. The breakfast was especially good, pleasant staff and oh, those cinnamon rolls!
