The hotel was great however the lady at the front desk was horrible. She was so lazy and could not even tell me where the ice machine was on the second floor.. someone needs to find a new job as I will never go back. The facilities were nice but the customer service is beyond horrible. In two days never got a smile, a thank you, how is everything, nothing

Surprised at the high “incidentals” rate on top of the cost, front desk worker was somewhat rude and difficult to speak to- even when purchasing snacks… rooms have kitchenette but nothing past a microwave and sink, no utensils, cups, etc. surprised how uncomfortable the room was, no extra linens/comforters and no linens available for the pack and play which was stained on the pad. Plus: really warm pool and nice hot tub
