The hotel was clean and quiet. Our car was right outside our room and the parking lot was well lit at night. The blackout curtains really worked. It was a good value for the money. It was walking distance to town for interesting shopping experiences. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The Berlin Heritage Inn is a straight-forward, no frills Inn. It is easy to book a room. Parking is convenient. The staff are welcoming and helpful. A continental breakfast is offered as a part of your stay. The facility is clean. The vibe is basic and a bit dated. It certainly met our needs for a one night stay in Berlin. If you need a friendly place to stay and don't expect the "luxury" of a more modern hotel, this is a great option and is walkable to downtown Berlin.

Little slice of Heaven

The purpose of my stay was to have some peace and quiet and to be able to relax from the horrific week at work I had. I just wanted to de-stress and decompress. This hotel not only allowed me to do just that, but it exceeded my expectations. The room I had made me feel like it was an efficiency apartment. The only noise I heard was the door opening and closing to the room beside me. It was sooo peaceful and quiet. And the jetted tub allowed me to soak my stress away. I definitely found my go to quiet/relaxation home away from home. I will most definitely be back

The Carriage House is a distance from the main hotel, which required us to travel back to the hotel for breakfast or any needs. Apparently there also is a two night stay required for the Carriage House on Fridays and Saturdays. We didn't know this when we booked. Unfortunately we got food poisoning the second day and Berlin Heritage Inn would not refund us for the second day, even though we checked out early afternoon. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Not an awful experience but not a great one either. Berlin Grande has better rooms and service; pricing is often better too.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to Berlin. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms and all the inside and outside is always very clean. The breakfast is very good with plenty of food and fresh fruit. The view from the property is absolutely amazing. We go twice a year to Berlin and if this hotel doesn’t have any rooms available we just make it a day trip.

Centrally located to everything!

The best thing about the inn is its location. You can walk to most places in Berlin and is centrally located to other towns and sites. Gas station across the street. Room was very clean, mattresses adequate. Variety for breakfast but heated foods were all prepackaged and customer had to heat in microwave. Price wise it was a great value and all staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good stay as usual

Have stayed here on 4-5 visits, always very clean and comfortable beds. We have a couple places we like to stay at and this is one of them. Little disappointed in the breakfast, use to be fresh cooked and now all precooked, bagged a needs microwave. Still in the covid era. 🙁
