Our stay was nice. Wish I knew when booking online - that they specified that you had to climb 20 steps to get to the room. Also, hotel called right after I booked and asked if I had a pet? I said no! But it didn’t ask while booking. Also, was asked again when we got there do we have a pet? No ice machines in each building. Front desk provided a bag to put ice in. Would have been okay but no ice bucket in room.

Rooms was clean, house keeping only came if you filled out a slip if needing more towels, soap, tissues, TP. You then stick the items on the outside of your door. I was there for 2 days so there wasn't any need for items so i didn't need to request anything. The breakfast was very simple they had mostly items that you needed to microwave, they did pre made omelets and hash browns they told you how long to heat them up for, you could make your own waffles, they had sausage gravey in a crock pot. Yogurt, cereals and juices. The view from the gathering room was beautiful. They had shops within walking distance. Was very nice.

Room was very clean but had a musty smell. Area was very convenient within easy walk to shops, restaurants. I booked this room for a king bed with jacuzzie tub. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Upon check-in, we had to pay a damage deposit upfront, then we were told our reservation was not at the current building but 1 mile down the road up 19 wet steps, carrying our luggage outdoors in the rain with no cover. Then if that wasn’t bad enough, we had to go travel back to the main building which again was 1 mile to get any ice or beverages or our breakfast in the morning. There was one plus. The room was clean. We are seniors and will NOT recommend or return.

Property is near to shopping and restaurants in Berlin. Good value. We were there for only 2 nights and did not qualify for housekeeping services. We were to put dirty towels outside the door. This seemed odd to me.
