After travelling from Queenstown to Auckland and getting held up during the trip due to weather events this was the only place that was not communicative when I left a message. Essentially we paid full price for nothing. I appreciate there are terms and conditions in regards to refunds, but when 4 of 5 accomodation providers showed some flexibility it doesnt take much to provide poor feedback on the only one that didnt. Good Luck with your business.

I was really impressed the deluxe room was so clean and fresh, lovely balcony with tree top views and the sweetest thing to top it off was the complementary tooth brush and toothpaste. Will definitely be back again soon, thanks for the great stay

Apart from the sticky fridge door and no separate kitchen light, this motel would rank the highest of all the ones we have stayed at. Comfy beds, excellent facilities and all the extras. Highly recommend!
