Nice hotel in New Plymouth
Really comfortable stay, we were lucky enough to get upgraded for our 2 night stay which meant we could spread out and enjoy the extra space. Hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Parking on site was limited and slightly complicated by the popular restaurants on site as customers park there. Overall good stay.

Very good three night stay. Check in was easy - I was upgraded to a suite so that was fantastic! Bed was very comfortable, the room had everything I expected..and the buffet breakfast was a good way to start my day.

We got a free upgrade-Yay! Complimentary bikes and pass to the Aquatic centre 10 minutes away. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice sculptures around the facilty. Parking became difficult over the weekend, so needed to park on the road. We weren't told about alternative parking at the rear of the hotel. Otherwise, a lovely break, in a lovely town. Thank you Devon Hotel.

Staff and check in/out were friendly and efficient. BUT the clearance between the end of the bed and the wall was 30cms at best. I needed to turn sideways to not hit the TV and I’m a slim small woman.
