Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites was very enjoyable. We only stayed one night, but the hotel was friendly, clean, and very comfortable. AM breakfast was nice and loved the coffee.

Nice hotel, but could have been cleaner

It was a nice hotel, but the floor in our room was filthy. I felt very uncomfortable walking on it. The bathroom was very clean other than the floor.

Nice hotel, clean room, the curtains weren't working very well, otherwise no complaints about the room. Parking was a little challenging but the location was good and the rates a little high but otherwise good.

Rude employee

The room was nice but I like to read and the light bulb next to the bed was burned out! I went to the front desk and the younger women there was plain rude about not being able to replace it until morning when maintenance arrived! If they can’t leave bulbs where employees can get them she could at least be kind

No hot water. NONE!

This hotel doesn’t have hot water. They know it’s a problem. They won’t fix it. They won’t change you to a different room. They didn’t call or let us escalate the issue to a manager. We couldn’t get our money back to move to a different hotel. The staff was horribly rude and uncaring. Made us feel like it was our problem and what do we expect?? Expecting hot water is asking too much for this hotel.

The check in was easy and lobby was clean- parking was limited. The room cleanliness was terrible- vent in bathroom was filthy, requested it be cleaned, apparently they swatted at it with a washcloth and called it clean. There was mold on the caulk in the shower, and we asked 3 times for the floors to be clean- we eere there for 5 days- they said they only mop floors weekly- never mopped. I wouldn't recommend this facility fue to the lack of cleanliness due to housekeepers. All other staff were pleasant and accomodating.
