beautiful Historic Hotel
this was our second trip to the Hacienda. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the staff. Shout out to Nicole, Mai-Li , Heather and of course Oscar ! we will definitely go back. My only disappointment was on our last night, there was a wedding and due to weather the reception had to me moved to indoors, which took the whole lobby, restaurant and bar area. The hotel guest did not have access to the bar and Sunday brunch. Luckily there are lots of other bars and restaurants within walking distance which we took advantage of.

What a wonderful little find. The charm of The Hacienda was gorgeous and immaculately clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We always put up our do not disturb sign at our room but each time we came out of the room the housekeepers when seeing us would ask if there was anything we needed. Definitely will be back when in the area!

We had Christmas dinner at Sasha. We were not informed it was a fixed menu at the time of our reservation. We were excited about their normal menu. Having to have made some difficult choices, since they were out of prime rib for a 4:30 seating, I ordered the scallop, (3 small scallop sitting on top of a mound of pasta (not sure of pounds, think could feed 3 to 4 people). Extremely disappointing for $70. I made a complaint, but nothing was done to remedy it. So sad. Definitely a turnoff to going back there.

The Hacienda Hotel in New Port Richey is delightful! The reception staff especially Oscar made us so comfortable. The atmosphere is comfortable but elegant. Its been restored to perfection. The rooms are very large and I felt as if I was in the 1920's. We had cocktails in the evening and breakfast in the morning at Sashas and it was excellant, very good service. Very good food. I cant wait to return.

I liked the historical Structure itself and the quality work that was put into it to bring it back to life. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The Hacienda has been beautifully remodeled. The rooms are very clean (also great water pressure while taking a shower, which was nice) was a pleasant surprise to say the least!! We were very impressed with everything. Perfectly located and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the park especially at Christmas time was beautiful. When you walk in the lobby, the fireplace was going making you feel very much like being home for the holidays even though we were working!!! Would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again without question!!! On-site, restaurant and bar, and lots of history and memorabilia about the Hacienda was an extra bonus!!! 5 stars
