The staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant. Although it was a long stay of three weeks, we had a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful 5 star hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the dining options and the patisserie. Very close to the metro station.

If the bed sheets can change more often will be better

Local cuisine for buffet. Simple which was perfect. Check in was easy. Location was just across the from the start of the main hub of Ximending. Mr. Chiang was very helpful and assured us what would happen during the typhoon. I’d stay here again most definitely.

Staying at the K Hotel ChangAn was a great experience for my family of 4. It's conveniently located close to a subway station and many restaurants. The free to use laundry machines were very useful, and the on site breakfast was amazing. Very clean, quiet and well managed. I plan on staying here again when I return.

The room was lovely, the staff helpful and the hotel really well located. We had a nice stay! My only issue was the breakfast wasn't particularly good in terms of quality and variety. Nothing bad, just not especially good either.
