The lady at check in was great. Freindly and informable. Lady at breakfast was freindly and very nice. Room was clean. Welcome was very nice and appreciated. All was really nice

The lobby has been updated and is very nice. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly as well as the breakfast staff Sunday morning. The rooms have been “updated” but need a good clean. The updates are very sloppy and only half of the rooms amenities were updated. They need new curtains. The fans in the bathroom are disgusting. The air conditioner did not work at all. We kept having to turn it on and off to make it work. Our room was on the third floor and very stuffy. Our second night we borrowed a fan from family to help with that. But they are old and need replacing. The carpet in the halls are gross and are filthy. My daughter and her friend ran there in the afternoon to pick something up and man was drunk sitting outside the door. That evening he was still there highly intoxicated. It just needs some deep cleaning, pride of ownership and fine tuning.

They're remodeling some parts there was a bit of a smell in the hallways. I think they'll be replacing carpets though. Rooms updated and clean. Lobby area with breakfast cute. Good location! Friendly staff! Overall good for our visit.

There was no hot water for showering. Apparently, they had problems with the boiler. It would have been nice if they had at least informed us of the problem and when hot water would be on again. There was no tea for breakfast. When we asked for hot water, it was not possible to get any. The shjwewas dirty and the water did not drain. I would not recommend to stay here, even of you're just passing through for one night like we did.
