I LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE HOTEL! Alway wonderful! I stay every Friday for business. TODAY they were able to retrieve the jacket I left there. So happy! (I’ll pick it up when I stay NEXT Friday) Two small things: - window sill needs a clean and polish in room 92. -the shampoo pump bottles don’t plunge down properly in shower. I love this ecological change but please get better product bottles that properly dispense!) THANK YOU FOR MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!

Something is way off in the star rating on this one. There is NOOOOO way this hotel is 4.5 stars. I imagine it’s actually a 3 star hotel. Business travelers expecting a level of quality typically seen in 4.5 or even 4 will be quite disappointed. Look elsewhere!

This is my second time staying here. The staff is friendly at this hotel which is centrally located near transportation and sites. It's more of a boutique hotel so the rooms are small but very clean and up-to-date, including the bathroom. The only down side is the room doors are very close together so it's very loud and jolting when closed. You can also hear conversations in the adjacent rooms. I use my earbuds a lot so I was able to deal with it. I recommend it but not if you need a quiet stay.

We fully expected and accepted that the room size would be minuscule - 6 Columbus being in Midtown Manhattan, but the bed wasn’t even a queen, rather something between full and queen, which is too small for two fully grown people. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. I would recommend it for the convenience of the location but would not pay rack rate.
