Loved the balcony and staff was great. Just noisy both outside and inside. Doors are not sound proof so you can hear everything outside your room. But we loved the location and will return

Its a ok property its dark on the inside. Rooms are small but it will do elevators are small. The plus about it is its only a block from Central Park 15 min walk from Time Square.

Had a great time in New York and the hotel was good for us. The staff levels on Sunday morning when we tried to check out were nil. We could not check out. Since we paid you in advance we are wondering why we have been charged just over £100 in extras. We did not have any extra services.

The location was great. But there was not a coffee maker in the room. We were told that they would bring us one, but they never did. And the mirror in the bathroom was up too high. I couldn't see to do my hair. But the hotel was nice and the people at the desk were friendly.
