Nice location near Central Park
Nice location near Columbus Circle and Central Park west. We asked for a room with a view of the park but all we saw was brick walls outside the window. The bagel shop next door was delicious. The room reminded me of European hotels compact and efficient.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs! This hotel is by far the most disturbing and disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The rooms are filthy beyond belief, and the dim lighting seems like a deliberate attempt to hide just how dirty everything is. The entire place feels like a sleazy sex motel where people check in for a quick session and leave without a second thought. It’s gross and makes you feel like you need a shower just for walking in the door. The staff? Incredibly rude and unhelpful. They seem like they couldn’t care less about the guests or the state of the hotel. There’s no food, no restaurant, and the bathroom is a complete disaster. Broken fixtures, questionable stains, and a stench that makes it unbearable to use. This place is a health hazard, not a hotel. Save yourself the misery and book literally anywhere else.

Great location. If you are looking for a centrally located place and don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, this is for you. Clean but lacking in amenities. Refrigerator did not work, towels thin, not enough plugs, poor lighting. Staff was friendly and helpful. NYC is very expensive, this is a good lower cost alternative to better known hotels.

Excellent hotel with an unbeatable location. Stayed in a suite this time. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortaboe. Good price for the size of the room and central location. Staff were courteous and helpful. Restaurant serves amazing Japanese food for lunch and dinner and good, standard breafast. Highly recommend this hotel.
