We’re to start the hotel rooms are clean and tidy with a modern look the only item missing was a small fridge to keep milk or beer wine etc the nearest subway is a 10 minutes walk to head onto the city which takes around 10mins we inquired about a late check out as to which cost $115 for approximately 4hrs until 3pm however come check out day we were inconvenienced by two fire alarms and a hotel worker wanting to change or check the room phones so basically paid $115 11am to 3pm to be awoken and kept awake i did mention this at check out there was no information provided about this upon payment for the late check out I was told it was a test and a warning was announced you don’t hear anything with ear plugs in but rest assured you hear the alarm which was sounded twice 2nd time for a prolonged time I left my details with the desk as there was no manager and of course we’re cash is involved there’s no contact left disappointed with a fatigued family !

The hotel is lovely, however it is positioned next to a complex of social housing, so the area is a little rough around the edges. Saying that, we had no issues in the 6 nights we stayed :). The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the beds are comfy. It is worth noting, which i hadn't read anywhere they do require a $100 deposit, which is refundable. One way you could possibly improve your service for others finding the area not as safe as they would have liked, is providing a free shuttle bus to the metro station for your customers :) Thank you for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and I honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First off, I’ve stayed at many hotels, and a refrigerator is typically a standard amenity in the room. I had no idea I had to request one separately—something that should’ve been made clear, or better yet, included by default. Second, the heating unit in my room was completely non-functional. It was freezing cold all night, and both my partner and I were extremely uncomfortable. I reported the issue multiple times to the front desk, and while they did send two people to check it out, nothing was fixed. We had to sleep fully dressed under extra layers just to stay warm, and even then, it was miserable. On top of that, the noise on our floor was constant—people talking loudly in the hallway late into the night, doors slamming, toilets flushing from nearby rooms—it felt more like a dorm than a hotel.

I liked that the hotel is new. It's in good condition. The rooms are clean, but very small. It works for 2 people, but not more than 2. The bathroom and shower lack storage. There is no where to put shower accessories. The neighborhood is developing.

The room I was given was fantastic, however the coffee maker wasn’t working. There was not enough breakfast snacks for all guests. The front desk staff could’ve been a little more friendly/customer service oriented. The location of the property was a bit further from the nearest subway stop than I expected. The nearby power plant obstructed most of my view. The price was great.

The room was much smaller than expected and not suitable for 4 people, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. I understand the usual standards in the U.S., but from my travel experience, even basic hotels typically offer essentials like two small bottles of water per day, a kettle for hot water, and basic toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. None of these were provided, which was disappointing. Including these would definitely improve the guest experience.
