The room was comfortable. Windows not sealed very well, could feel the cold air coming in. First room had no hot water so got my room switched. Got one hot shower and then the entire hotel had no hot water. Luckily I was checking out that day. Staff was incredibly helpful though and appreciated the continental breakfast.

One of the Worth Hotel Stays
Our original hotel was booked 5 months out from our trip and was canceled 3 days before we were to leave, so we needed to find a quick last minute hotel that was not 4x the amount we were supposed to pay originally. So I know we get what we paid for! The A/C would not cool the room down, just continually blew hot air. We continued to ask the desk about fixing this and the answer we got was them coming to our room and pushing the control buttons and to wait 5 minutes, it never was fixed. We had to leave the window open to the fractional crack it would allow the duration of the trip to cool the room off. If we did not get up at 6-7AM to take a shower, there would not be hot water and would end up with 3 cold shower days. Did not realize this was the case until about day 4. The hotel is directly located in the NYC Housing Authority. The bed smelled of mold and old sweat. The ONLY pro for this hotel is that it was somewhere to sleep that was not the streets.

The property and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. However, there was no heat when we went. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Nice hotel very clean and remodel only down is that is little far from everything you want to do in New York , paying Uber or taxi was a little pricey if you want to go to time square, Central Park , etc etc , but the hotel is really nice.

L' hotel si trova in zona servita da autobus e metro a una decina di minuti a piedi ma non e' una zona proprio tranquilla. L'albergo ha una colazione che poi senza spiegazioni da un giorno all'altro viene a mancare senza spiegazione, che e' comunque banane e brioches, ripetitiva e limitata. Camere da richiedere la pulizia altrimenti non ripasano come usuale servizio in albergo.Il wi fi funziona bene.
