Room is designed well. Everything is right where you need it. Ergonomics. Lots of lighting options and light switches, outlets etc. The room had a steaming device for wrinkled clothes- which came in very handy for me. Everything is new and clean. Bed very comfortable. Convenience and comfort. Location can’t be beat.

Relatively good value for money
It was fine. Hotels in NYC are extremely expensive and this was a solid value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the room was comfortable enough. The lighting in the room and bathroom aren't great and the shower pressure is so-so but it was fine.

I liked the area. Was next to a lot of flower shops. I did not like that I purchase a room that said “city view” and the pictures were nothing like the pictures. I didn’t get a city view. All I got was a view of the buildings that were around which was not what the picture showed. I was better off paying for a non city view. So that was disappointing

Very nice but not soundproofed.
Great location on a block in the flower district...you come out int he morning and the sidewalk is filled with plants/flowers. Also convenient to the Chelsea gallery scene. The staff was great, the room was clean, big (by nyc standards) and nicely equipped (although I would have liked a table or writing desk) and there was no street noise. Everything was great EXCEPT the soundproofing in the room. When my neighbors arrived home at 2am, I heard every syllable of their conversation...
