The location of this property is awesome. Conveniently located near multiple subways, restaurants and attractions. The room is ok, though I do have trouble opening my luggage because there isn’t that much space. The walls are not sound proof so we can hear people next to us especially when we are in the bathroom. Other than that, the bed is comfortable and the view is amazing.

Excellent location, clean rooms. I asked for new soap and they didn’t bring it until I asked a second time. Other than that, great place to stay. The speaker in the room was actually pretty awesome too, great sound.

I enjoyed my stay at Aloft Chelsea for 5 nights. Staff was welcoming and accommodating with any request I had. They are good with daily cleaning room requests. They provided water at the front lobby. Cozy lounge space for waiting or just to chill. Amazing location in Chelsea. Elevators were also accessible and no long wait times. 9/10

The room was nice and spacious for us. They did not change our sheets on our third night and we had to request new ones. We also put in a request for them to always give us 3 towels and rags but we always ended up with 2 and had to request a set after a long day. The staff were nice and the lounge/bar area behind the lobby is very spacious and inviting.

It's in a decent area, close to Penn Station which is what I was looking for. The room was clean, simple, not large but adequate for its purpose. Wifi wasn't great, but didn't really need for anything important.

We arrived at 10am knowing we could not check in till 4. Left our luggage & left to explore the city. Came back after 4pm & there was no room ready for us! We had to wait over 45 minutes more for a room. Also the shower water never stayed in the shower!! The shower curtain was not sufficient & the shower drain didn’t catch all the water. The positives: the view!!! The room itself! Not beautiful!

Lacks bathroom conveniences; no automatic checkout

The room is fine but the bathroom needs work. A giant empty wall with no towel bar or place to hang a bathrobe. The sink was too small and shoved in a corner with inadequate vanity lighting to shave or apply makeup. We waited in a long line to check out since only one person was working at 10:00 on a Sunday morning. There should be a backup available. Or offer automatic checkout where you don't need to see a person anyway.

Everything was good. The only complaint is that I could hear a dog barking late at night also in the morning I guess I got unlucky otherwise its quiet and confortable. I really enjoyed the stay overall.
