Overall a great, safe place to stay! Room was small for our family of 4, but that’s to be expected in New York! Room and facilities were clean and guest services were friendly and helpful! Loved the flower district location and many places to eat nearby plus subway at end of block. Unfortunately the elevator and room size and layout left something to be desired. The three elevators were extraordinarily slow with one being out of service in a 27 story building causing a bit of angst daily getting up and down from our 23rd floor. Our room had a comfy bed,but not much room to walk around it, and our shower was actually next to the door to room with a pocket door to the toilet for privacy. With no room to sit, my husband and I would rotate down to the lobby (remember elevator problems) while the other showered, shaved or prepped for going out as there was no room to maneuver. The king city view room would have been an excellent rating but for those two items…staff was lovely

How to do a trip to NYC!

This was a gem. Very quiet hotel when inside your room. VERY CLEAN. We were so happy with our stay and plan to stay here again when we come back. It’s an excellent location and superb value.

Nice location, frustrating room design.

Great location, good room size, great rate. Our room was nice but several things were broken. the nightstand had a tilt to it so anything placed on it would fall off, and a cheap radio was screwed to it which took up most of the space. Get rid of those. The walk-in shower floor tilted away from the drain, so every shower flooded most of the bathroom floor. The trendy design is nice in photos but to live with it for a week is frustrating.
