I enjoyed being there. 9th floor ceilings need to be fixed half way repair. Cosmetically it just don't look good. Key cards doesn't always work in the elevator. Other than that the staff is super great they are very friendly and very helpful. The service there is really fast I will stay again and I will recommend.

They said they “upgraded” us to a superior room but we ended up with 2 x double beds instead of 1 x queen bed which we considered a downgrade and would not have agreed to this upgrade, however, we were so tired from travelling we didn’t bother to ask to change rooms.

Really convenient location right on Broadway and close to Central Park and 5th Ave. Great staff and services provided by the team. We enjoyed the updated bathroom and hot shower, as well as the daily room service. Only down side is the age and wear & tear of the hotel and furniture...Will we stay here again next time in NYC, maybe!

The hotel is clean, and room was okay. Room is very small, difficult to walk around in. Very small bathroom, with little space for toiletries. Carpet in our room was in need of repair. Bar in the lobby has limited services. Could not order a simple mixed drink (no mixers, such as tonic water or ginger beer). The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is great for theater district. Very close to Rockefeller Center and Time Square. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

I hardly ever write reviews on different hotels I’ve stayed in around the world but this definitely felt the need to do it to help others. Staff is a 10/10 but property it’s self is 3/10 what they sell is different from what they give you, upon our arrival I was told my reservation was given away so they had to check for whatever they had available.
