When a hotel feels like home...

From the moment we stepped in the hotel we were welcomed warmly. Instead of holding our bags while we ventured the city before check in, they let us check in early at no extra cost. There was water readily available, fruit during the day and coffee and tea in the morning. Staff offered directions and suggestions and called a taxi to go back to the airport.

Wonder back at our favorite hotel with our best friends Siham Madjid and Anabelle and the new guy in training forgot his name but love him also like we love you guys . Always a pleasure when we visit you and your wonderful staff the whole crew. We never want to come home the hospitality is always awesome we just love it and it was my wife birthday weekend so we was greeted with a bottle of red wine this staff really treat us well. Everytime we visit new york its our choice to stay nowhere else clean safe friendly just awesome we truly love truly love youe guys the staff and the hotel

Staff very accomodating and pleasant. Nice older hotel, clean, except corners of bathroom. Comfortable beds and linens. You must ask for ice, no machines on floors. Coffee in the lobby in the a.m., though we weren't told that and we ordered from Starbucks which is right across the street. Nice small bar on one side of the lobby, complimentary wine hour in evening. Refrigerator in room, no coffee maker. Convenient to walking to Times Square, Central Park, 5th Ave. And most importantly, our theater on 57th st. I would stay here again and recommend it

The only thing that I didn’t like was our room was on the 2nd floor. We heard every single noise at side because we were facing the street. Some nights it was very hard to get to sleep. Other than that it was a great experience being in Nee York for the first time. Shout out to your bartender Samira she was fantastic.

Good option for theater district

Great location. Had to wait to check in because the only person behind the counter was on the phone. But eventually someone else came along to check me in. Moderately friendly but nothing special. Room seemed a little worn, but nothing terrible. Small, but that's to be expected in Manhattan. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of TV stations.

Great location if you want to be close to Times Square, Broadway, endless entertainment. Property needs updates (i.e. torn carpet in front of elevator on 5th floor, bed frame was damaged). Expedia listed the upgraded room to a Queen as having a "city view". Not the case. When we asked the Front Desk, they admitted it is listed as a City View but said that we don't actually have the city view upgrade (?) and essentially ended the dialogue, moving on to their next task. Front Desk never greet guests coming into the hotel, did not ask about the stay when we left. Would not stay there again.

The staff is rude. The hotel is dirty. The customer service is the worst. They procrastinate and delay. They will not do refunds at all. They will come up with any excuse to keep your money the worst hotel in New York City.

A Centrally located area to Times Square and Columbus circle. The hotel staff were polite and accommodating. The room we stayed in had several issues including a loose sink that was mounted to the wall, a broken shampoo dispenser, the rug was lifted and separated from the transition piece to the bathroom, additionally the bathroom door was not flush to the door frame which made it hard to close. We wanted to love this hotel because of how close it was to everything. But, we were disappointed.

Typical NYC hotel room, but the hotel offers a degree of charm that chains or other refurbs don’t have. The location and accessibility to transit can’t be beat. Super close to great restaurants, Central Park, and Broadway
