Rooms are not heated! The operations manager, Greg, offered to revert about a refund given that this was my work at stay ever at a Hyatt (where I’m a member of their loyalty program) but never came back. Hotel rooms are going to seed; poorly maintained too. Do yourself a favor and find better value for money!!

For a 4 1/2 star hotel I expected a lot more. While the rooms were spacious, our bathroom had not been updated (still had a shower curtain - and its cleanliness was suspect). The rest of the room was very clean. There was no coffee machine in the room (which is pretty standard at most hotels). There was no car valet. Nobody helped us with our bags. There was no room service. The location of the hotel is great if you want to visit downtown or the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Quite a disappointment!!!

With ongoing construction around the property, loading and off loading was a dance with active traffic lanes. Insufficient accommodation was made for this impediment. Maybe even have someone directing and assisting guests.
