As a New Yorker who likes to do staycations this was the perfect spot! Close to theater, Hudson Yards, and plenty of dining options. Staff was super friendly and they give you free water cans! I will be back!

I first stayed in 2022, it was great and I came back based on that experience. It would appear there has been little to no maintenance done outside of the lobby. The rooms look a little tired and have been up kept well IE scuffs/scratches to brown wood coloured with a black sharpie. A sign in the hallway obviously wasn’t removed before wall was repainted and has been painted over. It wouldn’t stop me staying again, but I’d certainly look at other options first.

Went to Madison Square Garden for a concert and stayed here for the night with a view. The rooms are small and do not have a fridge but we were in NYC. The room was nice and the hotel staff was great.

I’ve stated at this hotel, probably 10 or 12 times and this was the only time I was very disappointed with the check in process. They did not have a room ready in the early afternoon as we requested, but they took my number to be told when room was available. At 2 PM I received a text saying the room was available. We went to check-in and long story short the room wasn’t ready until 4:10

Recently stayed for my first time in New York and was impressed! My room was very clean, quiet and modern, and the lobby had a very cozy atmosphere and smelled amazing. It was also within walking distance to various restaurants, shopping and transportation. Would recommend and stay again!
