They upgraded our room to a suite with city views and it was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean and bar had tasty food. Would definitely recommend!

The Arlo SoHo delivered
The Arlo Soho over delivered on all phases The staff was fabulous a big thanks to Alejandro, Moises, JD, Jean and Danny! They went out of their way to meet our every need and answered all our questions! The hotel location was excellent, accessible, and close to two subway stops. The rooms are small, but well appointed and comfortable. The shower was a huge highlight with a rainfall shower head with great pressure and plenty of hot water! Very therapeutic after a long day of exploring NYC. Enjoy the Arlo flip-flops for a mere $14 Besides a great craft cocktail, the bar was decorated beautifully for the holiday season! Just gorgeous!!! The Arlo, unlike so many hotels, have created an experience by hiring great young people who are engaging, committed and take pride in providing a lively vibe that is warm and welcoming! The breakfast was a big surprise as well. The best egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich at half the price of the Soho diner!!! No disappointment here! M & K

The room I stayed in had an alarm on TV set by the previous guest. (2:30am, unpleasant to get woken up) I would like the hotel staff to check for those alarms when the guest leave. The sink was dripping water, so the staff kindly offered me another room, exactly the same as I booked. The service at Arlo is top notch!!!

Absolutely fabulous location. We had the twin room and there was no space to put up our clothes, which was unexpected. The room was a little dusty and there were no coffee or tea making facilities, meaning we had to spend $12 on coffees in the lobby each morning. Having said that , staff were friendly and I’d definitely stay again given the location.
