There was a spider the first night in the room. The room was too warm and the air conditioner was behind a bed so it didn’t cool the room well. It’s down the street from shops so that’s good but I really wasn’t comfortable overall.

Good location within vicinity of the airport with easy access to subway, bus station, and trains. Good for easy transport into Manhattan. Clean interior with comfortable conditions. Good breakfast options in the morning with local market just 10 minute walk away.

I put up the dnd sign and they didn't bother me the entire time I was there, the breakfast was good, a short walk from myriad food places. The street it is on is narrow and busy so there will be honking but nothing a city cat couldn't handle.
