Noisy but comfy

I loved the rooms, but I did not love being in an industrial area. The noise coming from all the trucks were a bit much. There were so many different people working at the desk. Every time I left and came back there would be someone different. It was a cute and comfy hotel. It was only the noises around the hotel for me.

Nice hotel, convenient to Coney Island

The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. A great place to come back and sleep after a day out exploring Coney Island, the beach, or other parts of Brooklyn. The one drawback: it's tucked away behind a lot of auto body shops on a dead-end street near a subway car lot. In the end, that wasn't a big drawback. We laughed about the fact that it felt like we were vacationing in a junkyard, and then enjoyed being really close to the beach and the amusement park. The hotel also has free parking, which is super rare anywhere in New York City.

A clean, comfortable beach retreat :)

The Best Western Brooklyn-Coney Island was an absolute pleasure. The entire building was clean and spotless, the staff were so kind and helpful, and the room and beds were perfect for getting a great night's sleep. The location in proximity to Coney Island and to loved ones nearby was perfect for us.

Pleasantly surprised

The hotel was nice and appeared to be the only hotel in the area. The hotel was located in an isolated area which was not the best. However, it was clean and well kept. They offered continental breakfast which was decent. The staff was pleasant. The television had 3 channels. The rooms were small and compact. The nightly cost was too much for the area. Overall, the biggest complaint was the shady location of the hotel.
