I think a complimentary water per guest should be a requirement. $2 after that is fine. No property should be losing money over water. I think a message or note that snacks or drinks are unavailable for purchase. I understand shopping at the local corner store is the strategy behind that. I also understand getting what you paid for is in play for this property. The shower head to my bathroom was super loud don’t know if that normal. Overall I thought it was an ok stay at best

I was on a girls trip and we were just staying the night. I'd already stayed at this hotel before and was back, so looks good for the Gregory already. We needed a rollaway bed and they brought it right up, set it up, made the bed and brought me extra pillows. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and the didn't even charge me for the bed which the website said was for a surcharge. I will go there again. Probably on my next of many trips to New York.

Not Worth It

The first room we were given was not cleaned. The bed was not even made. They gave us a different room which seemed clean enough. The rooms are small, and the hotel itself is pretty run down. I paid half the price for a hotel on LI and that one was way nicer. I would not stay here again.

Fine but far from good

The hotel was a bit run down. The room was fine but the carpet is in need of a shampoo - it was dirty and a little damp. The shower pressure was nonexistent and the shower gel dispenser was empty. The hotel didn’t offer coffee unless it was 7am and didnt have a coffee pot in the room.
