A strong smell to marihuana was felt in our room. The elevator seemed unsafe due to loose panels around the controls. The area around the hotel was dirty and felt very unsafe. Besides that, the room was clean, air conditioning was good, and served its purpose.

When we checked in we were given keys to a room that already had occupants. We walked in and saw all their stuff. Our room was old and the keys stopped working part way though. The ground was dirty under the bed. It was a place we could sleep but we definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay at a best western again.!

Room was mostly fine, but the wi-fi was atrocious and there was one other annoying bit of info to note: the toilet seat and lid were higher than the ledge behind itand angled in sucha way that required them being held up rather than staying up on their own.

This is one of the worst and most down in the dump hotel I ever stayed in. First mistake, staying in queens. Second, the hotel, ambiance, the bed, the lousy set up of the toilet. So close to the shower. Who the hell created this lousy configuration. The crappy breakfast. Everything about this hotel makes me never ever stay in another best western again ever. Overpriced hotel for what we got. Location the dumps. Never again. Horrible experience.
