Not much to complain ! those young Men’s at the front entrance were very nice and pleasant and helpful continental breakfast wasn’t good not enough stuff to eat same thing every morning but wasn’t that bad , elevator service twice in the morning we have to take the stairs with our sore knees not too pleasant after that it is a best hotel for someone to choose very clean ,nice area ,to me it is very good hotel Good service !

I liked the room. Although I found the hallway very noisy at night. Doors were banging all around at night making it very difficult to sleep. Also the heating system in the room was faulty. Even though I kept it at 60 deg F, the heat rose to dangerous levels at night all by itself. I had to turn it off in the middle of the night and even after that, it took a full hour for the heat to get back to a tolerable level. Needless to say, I slept very badly that night.

I always stay here when I’m traveling or need a quick stay in the city. The property is clean and comfortable. A bit nosey due to the highway and local road nearby but overall the stay is always worth it.

I found your Staff to be courteous. Stay includes free parking. Decent breakfast. It is 8 minutes walk from briarwood subway station. Noisy. Constant problem with access cards. All power outlets are either broken or cant hold a plug. Big gaps on entry door. You can hear guests walking. Stay here only if cant find anything else

Staff is courteous. Free Parking and decent breakfast. Power outlets are wobbly and fluctuates. Very noisy next to highway. There are 1 inch gaps on bottom and side of entry door. You can hear guest walking and if someone in nearby rooms closes their door. It creates a boom

I had the most horrid experience I’ve had at a hotel. First of all. I came to the hotel the week prior to this stay and received decent service. I explained to the front desk that I do not have the deposit money but I know it’s not mandatory because I’ve worked for hotels and in the industry for years. Long story short staff kept me waiting in the lobby freezing. I told them and showed them all I have is 29 dollars to my name and will be back next week. I was given a room 9 hours later before 12 midnight so I couldn’t get a refund. Mind you I told staff I was homeless and was bringing an infant. It’s the only way I can spend time with her.

This hotel appeared to be run down. There was a sign saying sorry for the noises under construction. We went in our room there was cockroaches all over the place. We chose to leave and not stay and when we requested a refund we only got two days back not three. Probably the worst hotel in town.
