Rooms are nice, though the pillows could be bigger, like the standard pillows. I don’t understand why the pillows are square. Good location, bag storage is $1.

The facilities and room are in great shape and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They checked our bags for us when we arrived early and held them for a few hours after we checked out. Conveniently located and right next to a parking garage.

Khaonla from the front dek was amazing! She was kind, sweet, super informative, and had the best recommendations for food nearby. She was a genuine delight. I travel to the city for work 4 or 5 times a year and this is my new favorite hotel.
