I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with several aspects of my experience. Firstly, the USB charging ports in the room seemed to work initially, only for me to wake up at 5am and find that my phone had not charged at all. This left us without a functioning phone for the entire day, which made it impossible to take photos or navigate our way around during our tour. Additionally, noise was a constant problem. We could hear neighboring doors slamming throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. When we looked more closely at the room, it was clear that it had not been cleaned thoroughly, with dust in the corners and signs of incomplete housekeeping. The room's layout was also inconvenient; the coffee machine was placed too far from the nearest outlet, making it a hassle to use. Lastly, the staff’s response to our complaints was underwhelming. A little more courtesy and effort in addressing guest concerns would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.

The hotel was fine. No-frills, few amenities. Location was good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a bit on the smaller side but manageable. I would recommend they change the bathroom door to a barn door as it is possible to collapse that with the shower room glass door.
