From the moment we checked in, the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, with a special mention to Chandu. They consistently greeted us with warmth and a welcoming attitude whenever we crossed paths. The property had a great staff. They hold your luggage for a small fee for the entire day. Very convenient location in Manhattan within walking distance to attractions and good restaurants and eateries.

The location is very convenient and staffs are very friendly, however the down side of it is not quiet. The room is very clean however there is no small fridge in room and no coffee provided in lobby during my stay.
