This is a wonderful, smaller hotel and I will definitely stay there again. The staff was wonderful. We met the general manager and he was very nice and accommodating. The room had two queen beds and very large, which is unusual in New York City. I highly recommend the hotel.

Broadway Plaza
Stayed one night after our voyage on Queen Mary 2. Close to Penn Station as we took Amtrak to Toronto. Close to MSG of course, Empire State bldg and subway stops. Very spacious, clean and modern. Excellent service. Photo is the view from room 1004!

Great location, big clean room. But the bed was worn out and it was like sleeping in a hammock. Also water pressure was very low. Otherwise great stay.

This hotel was wonderful for a family of 5. We had 3 children with us and stayed in a king suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows, the shower was awesome! House keeping was very kind and did a wonderful job. Their staff downstairs was so nice! They let us drop off our luggage before our room was ready so we could explore the city without dragging it along. The bell hop brought it to our room when we checked in. The only downside to this hotel was not having breakfast, but there are options everywhere for food, and a Starbucks across the street. We had a view of the Empire State Building from our 5th floor room, it was beautiful! Will definitely stay here again on our future trips to the city.

Room size was fantastic, considering this is NYC and most hotel rooms are cramped! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room and hotel were very clean and staff was very helpful. We were able to store our bags for a few hours before and after check in, for no added price. Complimentary water and snacks and due to my Expedia status a bottle of wine ;-)
