The staff were nice and helpful but the room was super dark looking and sticky af, the sheets had a weird ugly smell and the AC/heater wasn’t working properly

The Bed is very comfortable and the room stay clean, but it needs to have a place to put ur clothes and the TV locks off and on after a certain time. There’s also too many big RATS running around in the GARAGE where you park your car. It is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL

Don’t Stay ever. I made a Mistake lost my id on the way after being up almost all night they wouldn’t work me on a solution. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me.

Check in was fine until the guy at the front desk started being rude to my husband and I. Seems like there was a miscommunication with how parking works. The gentlemen continued being rude to us instead of clearing up any confusion and did not reassure us that our car would be okay. Despite the car being ok the next morning, the whole thing could have been avoided. The situation left us feeling upset and we will not be returning back. We spent money here and its unfortunate how we were being treated by staff.

There was hair in the tub and mold in the bathroom and the ceilings were sunken in, although I didn’t see a roach all night I did see one come out an hour before check out. When first arriving to the hotel there were rats in the trash inside hotel parking garage and later on a family of raccoons in the dumpster to close to the cars and were stand offish when it came to me getting in my car they were ready to attack not scared at all.

The bedsheets had stains, there was poop on the bathroom wall, the floors were dirty. There was no deadbolt or any type of lock on the door besides the door handle. I felt unsafe. I would definitely not stay there alone… Thankfully, I had someone there with me who could protect me if needed.

Very disappointed with the facilities. The bathroom had mold mildew peeling paint on the ceiling toilet looks like it wasn’t cleaned and somebody went to the bathroom in there slept with my clothes on.
