The location is very walkable to many New York sites. The staff was very friendly. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very noisy outside. The street is filled with flower shops and the trucks begin dropping off flowers around 3 am.

Good location, close to metro stations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but quiet. The rooftop has great views of the city.

The location is excellent. There is a metro station 2 mins away, Madison Square Garden and Times Square are easy to walk to. Lots of good food options. Room was small, but tidy and quiet.

This was a very unpleasant experience. I checked in earlier than normal time so just left my luggage and went out for a late lunch and then came back. All of a sudden, the front desk staff told me that they had an unexpected overbook and you were arranged to another hotel next to us. That’s all the explanation they gave to me. The other hotel has nice staffs but its rating was much lower than the one I booked. I talked with the manager but he was indifferent and just kept telling me that he didn’t know because his manager did it and started arguing with me. Though I got refund finally but you know that’s not the most important for a traveler. My entire trip was affected by this unexpected and extremely unhappy experience.
