I will give an update on the accommodations the property made. Things were rocky with Laura at first but she then accommodated the night for the dog complaints and noises and that was extremely nice of her so I would say maybe when we first spoke it was a bad night for her but she did come through at the end so I want to say thank you to the property and her for being considerate.

Whoever Laura is she has terrible customer service I’ll start with that. Kenny is a great manager he checked us in very smoothly everything he did was correct. The 1st two nights went well it was quiet and we got rest , the 3rd night a guest checked in with 3 dogs next door from us and the dogs were barking all night and morning. We asked someone at the front desk for an accommodation and got no call back or response back. It was just a terrible night. Overall the spot is decent laundry is free

We did not get the room we paid for which was a city view. The keys/lock to our original room did not work. After about an half an hour of trying we were moved to another room. The room was clean and the staff was nice. I would stay again.
