The room was not the cleanest Bed was very uncomfortable They had no where to get water not even to buy No wash clothes When turned the air on it smelled like a musty wet smell

Stayed 5 nights, and the room was actually cleaned like 2 times. Other days, they just made the bed, but no actual cleaning. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. No courtesy water either. Appreciate the mini fridge in the room.

Only con of the actual property would have to be the bed but other than that the hotel was great and was very accommodating. The area is a 3/5 but that is out of their control.

We just needed a place to rest and wash up and it served those purposes. There was road works going on below but didnt keep us awake. Street was very dirty, rubbish everywhere. Location of hotel was a bit far from the subway and i didnt feel very safe at night walking around the neighbourhood, but we were never harrasssed by anyone.
