Great stay as usual.
We have stayed at this property three times. All staff members are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms while small are clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Times Square and theaters. They have a breakfast with adequate items and the wine and cheese time in the evening is a nice touch.

This hotel is in a good area because everything is walking distance. However, the rooms are beyond small. If you are a big guy like me - 6ft tall - you and your significant other will have to be mindful of this issue. It’s not a big hotel.

great staff!
Super friendly staff and comfortable, clean, well designed room. Only wish was that our junior sweet had a small couch. Only seating was a desk chair -- not what one expects in a junior suite!

Great value for the location. Close to everything you’d need including Central Park, Times Square and subway access. Rooms are a little small but super clean and the rainfall shower was very nice. We did experience some road noise at night but slept very well aside from that. Highly recommend overall!

HVAC was broken my room was 81 degrees. They performed hvac maintenance while I was getting ready to go out. Paid $700 for that.

Very clean, great location. Bed is comfortable, but pillows are not. Location is great, but very noisy at all hours. Shades do not block out all light from outside. Tiny room, but very well appointed. Front desk staff is great.
